Q. What if a booth property item is showing out of stock but I really need to add it to my order?

A. If you need to add an item that is a booth property and showing out of stock, this means everything is out at shows at the time you are entering the order.  Continue with your order and add to the comments that you need the item.  We will have to look at what is coming back and see if we have enough time to ship it out for you. We will let you know within 24 hours if we can ship the booth property for your shipment within your timeframe.  

Q. How do I send an attachment to an order?

A. Scroll down to the Upload File icon.  Click on the icon - Upload A File / Quick View to add your files.  You can upload up to three files to your order.  Once your order is complete your attachments will be sent to us and linked to your shipment order.


Q. How do I edit an order?

A. At this time you can not go back into your order and edit once it has been submitted.   Please email us at [email protected] for any changes you will need.  Make sure to add your order number to the subject line of your email.


Q. How do I add an item to ship?

A. The suggested way is to click Quick View from the item icon.  You can then add the qty straight from the Quick View. You can also choose the ADD TO CART button at the bottom of every image.  But, if you need more than 1 you will have to update your qty in the check out process.


Q. How do I set up a account?

A. If you are an existing client but new to LDESS, please contact [email protected] so we can set up a login in for you.  If you are new to LDEVM/LDESS please contact [email protected] to set up a call to discuss how to become a client of LD Event Management.
